Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the delivery date to request the return of one or more items purchased on our website. Items must be:
• unworn and unwashed
• with original tags and labels attached
• in their original packaging (if applicable)
Refunds
• Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Incorrect Products
If you received a defective item or a product different from what you ordered, the return is free of charge. In this case, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@eylbrand.com and attach photos of the product.
